Cocos Island

Relaxing after hand steering the boat in a 3 hourly rotation for over 300 nm in 3 days!

Cocos offers a journey back in time.

It's the Island of the sharks. Thousands of hammerheads and white tip sharks hang out in the current.

Only by boat you can reach this beautiful paradise.

You have to cross the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) known as the doldrums. Conditions of light winds and calms persist and the weather is hot and sultry.

The hot, moisture laden air rises and condenses, resulting in heavy rain squalls and violent thunderstorms.
